Return and Refund Policy

At Glaam Nails, we make it a point of honor to provide you with quality products to satisfy you, however if you have changed your mind and if you are within the 14-day return period we offer you 3 options:

  1. Exchange your item for a different size/color.

Exchanges are only available for the same size and/or color of the same style. Exchanging a different product is strictly prohibited. We recommend returning your original item for a refund and then placing a new order for the product you want.

If you would like an exchange: Depending on your country of origin, your exchanged item may take 1 to 3 weeks to reach you.

  1. Return the item and request a refund.

You can request a refund, which will be in the amount you paid. Otherwise, the refund will be made to the original payment method. A 15% inspection, warehouse, and restocking fee will apply.

We specify in the confirmation email to double-check the accuracy of your delivery address. However, if we notice an incorrect or incomplete address error or if the package is returned to us, a delivery and restocking fee of 20% will apply.

Only the final price paid (after any discount) will be refunded.

In accordance with the provisions of Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, opened or used cosmetic products will not be exchanged or refunded, in order to guarantee the hygiene and safety of our customers.

We would like to point out that we only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website. It is essential that the application method is followed and that no nail extensions are carried out , as this affects the hold of Glaam Nails.

Discount codes or vouchers cannot be reissued and are non-refundable.

*Please note: If you decide to return an item that is part of a bundle, the bundled price of your order will no longer apply.

  1. Replace an incorrect or defective item.

We are truly sorry! It is essential that you notify us as soon as you receive the item.

Please email us at contact@glaamnails.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number
  2. Description of the problem (e.g. wrong/defective item)
  3. A photo or video

The defect must be on the product, not on the packaging. The defect must compromise the quality of the product, or its use must not be considered a case of withdrawal.

If the expert appraisal confirms a manufacturing defect, regulations allow the seller to prioritize repairing or exchanging your product even if you request a refund. If they are unable to perform either of the first two actions, they will refund your purchase.

If you want a refund, the merchant has the right to consider your request as a withdrawal and the return will be at the customer's expense.
In the event of withdrawal, we reserve the right to reduce part of the reimbursement in proportion to the damage.

Orders that are exchanged or items returned/exchanged due to manufacturer defect do not incur restocking fees.

How long does it take to get a refund?

Typically, refunds can take up to two weeks to process. All refunds must be verified for authenticity and submitted to our accounting department for processing.

Late or missing refunds:

  • Check your bank account
  • Contact your bank
  • Processing time usually takes 5-7 business days

How to return an item?

  • Contact us by email at contact@glaamnails.com. We will ask you to send us photos of the item before returning it, so we can assess its condition.

  • If your return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions. Each return request must be accompanied by the return form that will be sent to you.

  • Please fill out this form as accurately as possible and send your item along with this form to the return address we will provide to you by email.

Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.

Return costs:

The customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item.

Deadline to return your product:

Once you have submitted your return request, you have an additional 14 calendar days to return the item. Please note that if this period is exceeded, the return may be refused.

Gifts

If the returned item was marked as a gift when purchased through gift registry platforms and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
